HELENG Inc. was founded  by Jack Jeng and his friends in February, 2020 with the divine vision and mission to reduce the global energy related pollution significantly (by 2/3 is  our goal ) while letting the people enjoy the same comfortable, civilized, thrifty, healthy and happy life. The high- efficient RTE (Rocket Turbine Engines) were designed to fulfill  these missions and goals.

We filed a patent: “Turbine Engine System” that produces close to 95% thermal efficiency than a traditional piston engine which produce 38% efficiency at most. Recently (Jan. 2021) , this patent was approved by USPTO and we have followed with an International PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) filing.  

The patent “Turbine Engine System”, dubbed RTE (Rocket Turbine Engine),  is a revolutionary Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) design that improves from the piston-based EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) engine efficiency from 35% to 70%-95%. We believe that RTE is “the simplest, quietest, smallest, lightest, most flexible (scalable expansion, reversible….), and the most efficient turbine engine ever been designed to meet most of rpm (rounds per minute) and torque requirements for all kinds of vehicle. The RTE  can drop replacement for a gas/diesel engine of a car or of a truck with or even without the complicated transmission (gear-box).
 
Further, the RTE combines with a PMM (Permanent Magnet Motor) to form a RTE Hybrid Vehicle (RHV) that no complicated drive-train mechanics as a traditional hybrid vehicle (Toyota Prius) needed. RHV can be configured to as large as an 18-wheeler semi-truck. Plus, an RHV provides 100kW-200kW electricity almost for free when parking. The major advantages of an RHV over an EV or a Hybrid Vehicle are: Gear-less, Electric-Motor-less and less-battery.
 
Moreover, an RTE Generator (100kW-3MW) can be very light, simple, quiet and very efficient/green that only consume 1/3 or less fuel. With RTE Power-plant (5MW-600MW), there will be no nuclear power plants and no coal-burning power plants in the future.  Further, with RTE power plants, there is no need to power grid system nor High-Voltage transmission lines and no water cooling system required.  An RTE power plant is composed of scores or hundreds of  small generators (1-3MW) that provide very much redundancy and the reliability can reach 100%.  Since RTE power plant is very small in size, it can be located right at substation where near the consumer/city/town. We think RTE generator/power-plant can solve the power outage problem like the disaster occurred in Texas last month (Feb. 2021).  The RTE uses Catalytic Converter in the exhaust system which is used by modern cars (little pollution) that produces only H2O, CO2 and N2 (not harmful gases). The Fossil fuel power plants emit 3 times as much pollution as millions cars in a city. So the RTE Power-Plant emit "Close to Zero pollution" while fossil fuel power plants emit Acid gases, Arsenic, S2O, Mercury.... toxic pollution . The Earth will be much cleaner and safr with RTE on every vehicle and every power-plant.
 
RTE can applied to the electric locomotives even to the high-speed rail locomotives so that the overhead HV (High-Voltage) lines are no longer needed. This means that exiting railroad systems can be fully utilized and construction cost of the new high-speed railway system will be lower significantly. RTE Engine can also apply to the ship/boat propeller systems and aircraft propeller systems.

1. A Turbine Engine System: the Rocket Turbine Engine for  general vehicle (automobile, ships, airplanes) and generators/power-plants. (approved)
2. A Drone System for Heavy-Duty Payload (up to 2,500 kg) : Especially for the 5G/6G/7G Wireless Base Station (pending)
